About North Star Consulting

North Star is a small specialist consultancy that helps major organisations and brands communicate more effectively with their people.

Who we are

We are a small, highly trained team of consultants, each of us with a breadth of experience and a deep specialism in one or more areas of our work. Some of us work full-time for North Star, whilst others combine this with work in other organisations to bring back fresh thinking and insight to the team.

Between us, we have over forty years’ experience of communicating change in a huge range of corporate, professional and public sector organisations. Our work at the most senior levels of major European organisations has given us the experience to deliver results in the most difficult and demanding environments.

North Star is led by Adrian Lenard and Andrew Flint, who are supported by associate consultants who have worked with them for many years.
