Background and Experience

Andrew has 20 years of experience in designing and leading major programmes that deliver successful change. A key focus for his recent work has been on coaching leaders through organisational change, with an emphasis on equipping leaders with the skills to deliver an inspiring engagement climate for their people to help them achieve their change goals.

Andrew was Executive Director of MCA, one of Europe’s leading change communication consultancies, and a. core member of the team that led the market in effective change communication and employee engagement programmes. Andrew helped incorporate MCA into the world leading marketing and brand consultancy, Enterprise IG in 2002. He joined North Star in 2005 to co-lead the consultancy through its next stage of development alongside Adrian Lenard.

Andrew’s diverse range of clients has meant he has been able to apply his knowledge and experience to a range of different situations, geographies and structures.

In addition, Andrew leads North Star’s coaching practice. He uses different tools and techniques to free up thinking and provide new ways of working. His years of experience of working with senior executives, together with extensive training and experience in the field, give him a unique insight into the demands of leadership in a complex environment.

Andrew is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences. He is an accredited NLP practitioner and a Fellow of the International Federation of Coaching.
